Day 4: A festive meal.

The 4th day is about the physical well-being. Think about what you would like to eat.  Think about who you have time to cook with today. Call people and ask them if you can go shopping together. Pick out ingredients together and cook together.
Set the table as nicely as possible. Take the time to enjoy the cooking, the setting, and then the food as much as possible. If you actually run out of topics, feel free to tell people about the experiences you remembered a day before. Feel free to share what's on your mind - but also be careful not to burden the other people. Go gently with people, because only together will we create peace - and that is exactly the first step:
